PAYMENT
A negotiable deposit of 50% is payable on acceptance of the quote or proposal prior to work commencing, becoming non-returnable once work has commenced. All remaining costs may be required in stages depending on the payment methods and the design.
EpsiNick Productions reserve the right to charge additional interest payments at its discretion for late payment on either a monthly or weekly basis.
CANCELLATION
All requests for cancelling must be made in writing to EpsiNick Productions, 2 Grove Avenue, Harpenden, Herts.
RIGHTS OF CONSUMER
Nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.
